2021 Annual General Meeting Notice

Date: Sunday 13th February

Time: 11:30am

Venue: Loftus Oval & Clubhouse

The Annual General Meeting is an important event on the club calendar. It is the opportunity for members to nominate to join the committee. We are looking for committee members for 2022, everyone is welcome.

It is also when we award Life Membership on members who have earned this honour. This year we will also be voting on the adoption of our revised Constitution and Bylaws (how the club is run).

All committee positions will be declared vacant, and nominations sought to fill all positions. Joining the committee is a great way to be involved with your local community football club.
As a club we are looking for ideas and support from across our membership to ensure all age groups are well represented in the implementation of new ideas and the running of the club.
Please complete the nomination form (link below) and return to our Club Secretary, Barbra Sharp via email secretary@roversfc.com.au prior to the AGM. Any positions without nominations can be filled from the floor during the meeting. If you have any questions, please feel free to approach a committee member – no obligation!
